Job summary

G2i Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, AI Training for an open contract role. This remote, worldwide position pays $100-$200 per hour and targets 10–20 hours per week, depending on experience and location.

You will evaluate AI coding agents’ behavior in real‑world scenarios, focusing on usefulness, reasoning quality, and engineering judgment rather than writing production code. Excellent written and spoken English (B2+) is required.

Qualifications

• Senior, Staff or Principal-level engineer experience required.
• Strong written and spoken English (B2+).
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted dev workflows.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end to end.
• Assess usefulness, correctness at a high level, and engineering judgement.
• Provide clear, opinionated feedback in writing and via video.
• Help define what great looks like when working with AI coding tools.
