Qualifications

• Senior-level engineer with experience evaluating AI tools.
• Experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code or Cursor.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted dev workflows.
• Strong written and spoken English (B2+).
• Ability to provide direct, opinionated feedback.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end to end.
• Assess usefulness and high-level correctness of outputs.
• Provide clear feedback on strengths and weaknesses.
• Help define what great looks like when working with coding assistants.
