Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions for federal clients. You will lead generative AI initiatives, implement LLM-powered applications, and own agentic AI lifecycles in collaboration with cross-functional teams across data, cloud, and security domains.

You will guide technical direction, mentor engineers, and improve engineering practices while ensuring scalable, secure AI delivery aligned with mission

Qualifications

• Security clearance (TS/SCI) is required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/AI/ML or related field.
• 7+ years hands-on software engineering with AI/ML in production.
• Experience building generative AI apps, LLMs, tool calling.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks and model evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Generative AI & LLM Solution Delivery: design, prototype and deliver AI-powered capabilities.
• Agentic AI System Development: end-to-end lifecycle, tool calling and deployment.
• Senior Software Engineering Leadership: code reviews, patterns, guidance.
• Cross-Functional Technical Collaboration: partner with data and cloud teams.
• Cloud Enablement & DevSecOps: IaC, CI/CD, containers, cloud services.
• Production Monitoring & Optimization: post-deploy tuning and reliability.
• Technical Rigor & Documentation: clean, well-documented code.
• Technical Mentorship & Continuous Improvement: mentor engineers and share reusable standards.
