Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in EE/CE/CS is required.
• 10+ years in System Architecture, SoC design, and memory system development.
• Deep knowledge of memory technologies (DRAM, DDR, LPDDR, GDDR, NAND).
• Strong understanding of AI accelerators, GPUs, and Neural Processing Engines.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, RTL design, and system-level modeling.
• Knowledge of interconnect technologies: PCIe, CXL, NoCs, Ethernet, RDMA.

Responsibilities

• Architecture design and specifications at the system level co-optimized with software.
• Performance and power optimization through modeling and trade-offs.
• Workload analysis mapping AI/ML models to hardware requirements.
• Hardware/software co-design ensuring memory subsystems and interconnect integration.
• Explore advanced memory solutions (in-memory/near-memory computing) and packaging.
• Technical leadership with design teams and clear documentation.
