Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a software-focused engineer to join the DRAM Systems & Component Architecture team in San Jose, CA. You will help develop next-generation software platforms and AI-enabled workflows for memory-system research.
The role blends computer architecture, DRAM systems, software development and AI to accelerate architecture exploration, simulation, data analysis and technical decision making for future memory technologies. This is a full-time position.
