Prime Therapeutics is seeking an AI Strategist Principal to lead enterprise AI strategy, governance, and value realization. You will partner with business and technology leaders to scale AI across the organization.

The role focuses on operationalizing AI strategy, guiding governance, measuring impact, and driving measurable business outcomes while fostering responsible AI practices and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field; 7 years of work experience in healthcare, PBM, technology, digital transformation or analytics including 2 years in enterprise AI
• 7 years of work experience in healthcare, PBM, technology, digital transformation or analytics including 2 years of work experience developing, implementing, governing or advancing enterprise AI
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of AI Strategy to execute Prime's multi-year AI strategy and roadmap, translating priorities into actionable plans and business cases
• Lead Prime's AI governance framework and operating model across governance forums, Steering Committee processes, and risk evaluations
• Drive AI enablement by developing programs, playbooks, communities of practice, and change management with metrics to measure adoption and impact
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders to identify and advance AI-enabled transformation opportunities
• Develop and manage AI value realization metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting with Finance and business leaders
