Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking an AI Strategist Principal to lead the AI strategy, governance, and value realization across the organization. You will work with business, technology, operations, clinical, legal, privacy, security, and executives to operationalize Prime's AI plan and drive measurable outcomes.

The role requires experience in AI governance, enterprise AI platforms, and communicating with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent mix of education and relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of work experience in healthcare, PBM, technology, digital transformation or analytics including 2 years in enterprise AI development/governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of AI Strategy to execute Prime's multi-year AI strategy and roadmap.
• Lead Prime's AI governance framework and operating model across forums and committees.
• Drive AI enablement and adoption through programs, playbooks, and change management with measurable metrics.
• Identify and advance AI-enabled transformation opportunities aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Develop and manage AI value realization metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
