Amadeus is seeking a Strategy and Competitive Intelligence professional to shape the future of AI Assistance in travel. You will map a fast-moving ecosystem, decode signals, and translate evidence into strategic options for senior leadership, partnering with product, commercial and leadership teams.

You will lead market sizing, customer segmentation and business model considerations, translating complex signals into actionable recommendations for go-to-market and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 7-10+ years in Strategy/Corporate Strategy, Market Intelligence or related fields.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, platform business models, and tech trends.

Responsibilities

• Map and maintain a structured view of AI Assistants in travel ecosystem.
• Run competitive intelligence and SWOT analyses with actionable recommendations.
• Monitor competitor moves, product launches, partnerships, pricing signals, and tech shifts.
• Track traveler behavior and partner feedback to inform strategy and value proposition.
• Lead market sizing, customer segmentation, and target customer definition for AI Assistants.
