Job summary

AuxoAI, a global platform-based services firm, seeks a US-based Manager to lead client engagements, develop consulting teams, and bridge business strategy with emerging AI technologies.

Ideal candidate has strong consulting instincts, hands-on data/AI experience, and a track record of delivering AI-enabled outcomes. Will mentor teams, guide executive conversations, and contribute to solution design and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, CS, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years in management consulting, strategy consulting, technology consulting, or related services.
• Proven experience leading complex client engagements and managing executive relationships.
• Experience developing consulting teams, including offshore resources.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and executive communication.
• Ability to independently lead engagements from problem definition through implementation.
• Solid understanding of data, analytics, AI, ML, and modern tech ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, APIs, automation platforms, analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements end-to-end with measurable business outcomes.
• Act as trusted advisor to client stakeholders, shaping business, data, tech, and AI direction.
• Structure complex problems and develop executive-ready recommendations and delivery plans.
• Define AI, data, analytics, and tech solution visions and implementation approaches.
• Partner with engineers, data scientists, and architects to drive design and priorities.
• Contribute hands-on through coding, prototyping, AI agent development, and data analysis.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, including offshore resources.
• Stay current on emerging AI/data technologies to drive client value.
