Amadeus North America, Inc. seeks an AI Strategy & Market Intelligence Manager to map the AI assistant ecosystem, monitor competitive moves, and translate market signals into strategic options for senior leaders.

You will lead market sizing, customer segmentation, and business-model discussions in collaboration with commercial, product, and leadership teams. The role requires 7–10+ years in strategy/market intelligence, a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), and strong analytical and storytelling

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, market intelligence, or related fields.
• Ability to map ecosystems, conduct market sizing, and perform customer segmentation.
• Strong storytelling and executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Map AI Assistants ecosystem, key players, and business models.
• Run competitive intelligence, SWOT analyses, and strategic recommendations.
• Track market signals, pricing, M&A activity, and technology shifts.
• Define markets, assess viability, and shape evidence for decisions.
• Produce executive-ready strategy memos, briefs, and decks.
