BrainStation is seeking a Manager, Enterprise to lead engagements with global organizations transforming for the AI era. You will own the client relationship day to day, set strategic direction, and ensure recommendations are implemented across AI, product, marketing, design and data teams.

You will direct multi-workstream delivery, shape executive workshops, and drive measurable value while growing client relationships and pursuing new engagements.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of client-facing experience with enterprise/corporate clients
• Proven ability to lead multi-workstream engagements end to end
• Strong executive presence and ability to advise senior stakeholders

Responsabilités

• Own and grow relationships with C-suite executives and business leaders
• Lead engagements end to end from scoping to roadmap delivery
• Direct the engagement team's work and ensure high-quality outputs
• Design target-state capabilities and transformation roadmaps
• Grow client relationships and develop proposals and business cases
• Contribute to BrainStation's market presence through thought leadership
