Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Strategist to independently own business, product, and experience strategy workstreams within multidisciplinary design and innovation engagements. You will collaborate with Designers, Technologists, Researchers, Product Managers, and Program Managers to translate opportunities into meaningful business value.

You will lead strategy workstreams, synthesize research using AI-enabled methods, and analyze market dynamics to uncover growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Five+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related field.
Experience independently leading strategy workstreams and delivering high-quality recommendations.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy workstreams, establish approach and provide strategic direction.
Design and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research with AI-enabled techniques.
Analyze market dynamics and emerging tech to identify opportunities.
Develop growth strategies, value propositions, and business models.
Translate opportunities into product/experience directions and roadmaps.
Evaluate potential and business impact through market sizing and financial modeling.
Lead client collaboration through interviews, workshops, and executive presentations.
