Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the United States seeks a Senior Strategist to own business, product, and experience strategy workstreams within multidisciplinary design engagements. You’ll collaborate with Designers, Technologists, Researchers, and Product/Program Managers to translate opportunities into meaningful value.

You will apply customer insights, market intelligence, and AI technologies to identify growth and shape differentiated offerings, moving from insight to market-ready strategies.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy and innovation, product management, product marketing, design research, investment banking, or a related field.
• Proven ability to independently lead strategy workstreams and deliver high-quality recommendations.
• Strong qualitative, quantitative, analytical, and commercial problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience developing growth strategies, value propositions, business models, products, services, or experiences.
• Familiarity with applying AI, generative AI, analytics, or other emerging technologies to research and client deliverables.
• Strong collaboration, facilitation, storytelling, and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree expected; MBA or advanced degree beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead strategy workstreams, establishing the approach and providing clear strategic direction.
• Design and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research, using AI-enabled techniques.
• Analyze market dynamics, competitors, emerging technologies, and future trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop commercially viable growth strategies, value propositions, business models, products, services, and experiences.
• Translate opportunities into tangible product and experience directions and roadmaps.
• Evaluate potential and business impact with market sizing, revenue and pricing analysis, and financial modeling.
• Lead client collaboration through interviews, workshops, and executive presentations with compelling narratives.
