Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the United States seeks a Senior Strategist to own business, product, and experience strategy workstreams within multidisciplinary design and innovation engagements.

You will collaborate with Designers, Technologists, Researchers, Product Managers, and Program Managers to translate customer and market opportunities into meaningful business value, shaping what to play, build, and bring to market.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of strategy consulting or related fields.
• Experience independently leading strategy workstreams and delivering recommendations.
• Strong qualitative, quantitative, analytical, and commercial problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing growth strategies and business models, products, services, or experiences.
• Familiarity with applying AI, analytics, and emerging technologies to research and strategy.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree expected; MBA or advanced degree beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy workstreams, set approach, manage deliverables, provide direction.
• Design and synthesize research using AI-enabled techniques to uncover needs and opportunities.
• Analyze market dynamics, competitors, and trends to identify white-space opportunities.
• Develop growth strategies, value propositions, and business models addressing client objectives.
• Translate opportunities into product/experience directions, including journeys, requirements, and MVPs.
• Evaluate potential impact with market sizing, revenue/pricing analyses, and business cases.
• Lead client engagement through interviews, workshops, and executive presentations.
