Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks a Senior Strategist (Senior Consultant level) to independently own strategy workstreams across business, product, and experience domains. You will partner with Designers, Technologists, Researchers, and Program Managers to derive growth opportunities and translate insights into market-ready strategies and offerings.

You will combine customer insight, market intelligence, and emerging technologies to shape differentiated solutions, while presenting to senior client

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy and innovation, product management, product marketing, design research, investment banking, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading strategy workstreams and delivering high-quality recommendations in a consulting/innovation environment.
• Strong qualitative, quantitative, analytical, and commercial problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience developing growth strategies, value propositions, business models, products, services, or experiences and advancing them to market impact.
• Familiarity with applying AI, generative AI, analytics, or other emerging technologies to research, synthesis, strategy development, and client deliverables.
• Strong collaboration, facilitation, storytelling, and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Independently own business, product, and experience strategy workstreams within multidisciplinary engagements.
• Collaborate with Designers, Technologists, Researchers, Product Managers, and Program Managers to translate opportunities into value.
• Combine customer insight, market intelligence, emerging technologies, foresight, and commercial analysis to identify growth sources.
• Identify differentiating opportunities and shape new products, services, and experiences.
• Define where to play, what to build, and how to bring ideas to market.
• Evaluate potential via market sizing, revenue/pricing analysis, and business-case development.
• Lead client collaboration through interviews, workshops, and executive presentations with compelling narratives.
