Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Strategist to own business, product, and experience strategy workstreams within multidisciplinary design and innovation engagements. You will collaborate with Designers, Technologists, Researchers, Product Managers, and Program Managers to translate customer and market opportunities into meaningful business value.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy and innovation, product management, product marketing, design research, investment banking, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience independently leading strategy workstreams and delivering high‑quality recommendations.
• Strong qualitative, quantitative, analytical, and commercial problem‑solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead strategy workstreams, establishing the approach and providing clear strategic direction.
• Design and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research, using AI-enabled techniques to uncover customer needs and opportunities.
• Analyze market dynamics and future trends to identify growth opportunities and differentiation.
• Develop commercially viable growth strategies, value propositions, business models, products, and experiences.
• Translate opportunities into product and experience directions, including concepts and customer journeys.
• Evaluate potential impact with market sizing, revenue and pricing analysis, and business-case development.
• Lead client collaboration through interviews, workshops, and executive presentations.
