Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Seattle seeks a Senior Strategist to own business, product, and experience strategy workstreams within multidisciplinary design and innovation engagements. You will collaborate with Designers, Technologists, Researchers, Product Managers, and Program Managers to translate customer and market opportunities into meaningful value and differentiated offerings.

You will move between defining where to play, what to build, and how to bring new ideas to market, leveraging AI literacy

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant strategy consulting and/or corporate strategy experience.
• Proven ability to independently lead strategy workstreams and deliver recommendations.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative problem‑solving with commercial focus.
• Experience developing growth strategies, value propositions, and business models.
• Familiarity with applying AI/analytics to research and strategy deliverables.
• Excellent collaboration, facilitation, storytelling, and executive-presenting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree expected; MBA or advanced degree beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy workstreams, set approach, manage deliverables, and guide the engagement.
• Design and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research, leveraging AI-enabled methods.
• Analyze market dynamics, trends, and technologies to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop viable growth strategies, value propositions, and business models for clients.
• Translate opportunities into product/service directions, including journeys and roadmaps.
• Assess market size, revenue, pricing, and financial modeling for business cases.
• Lead client interviews and workshops, delivering compelling narratives and proposals.
