Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (see above).
• 7 years in healthcare, PBM, technology, or analytics with 2 years in enterprise AI.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of AI Strategy to execute Prime's multi-year AI strategy and roadmap with actionable plans and informed recommendations.
• Lead AI governance framework and operating model, manage forums, risk-tier evaluations, and cross-functional reviews.
• Drive AI enablement and adoption with programs, playbooks, metrics, and change management efforts.
• Advise business and technology leaders on AI opportunities aligned to enterprise objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Develop AI value realization metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting with Finance.
• Evaluate emerging AI vendors and platforms to support enterprise decisions in healthcare and AI.
• Foster collaboration across business, technology, and functions to promote responsible AI adoption.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education
