Job summary

The Principal AI Strategist will operationalize Prime's AI strategy, support the AI Steering Committee, and drive measurable business outcomes through governance and transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, CS, IT, data science, or related field; HS diploma/GED accepted.
• 7 years in healthcare/PBM/tech/analytics with 2 years in enterprise AI.
• Understanding of AI, ML, and healthcare AI applications.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Copilot, Azure AI, enterprise AI platforms and governance.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into actionable AI plans and roadmaps.
• Lead AI governance forums and risk-tier evaluations.
• Drive AI enablement and adoption with programs and playbooks.
• Identify AI transformation opportunities aligned with objectives.
• Develop AI value realization metrics and executive reporting.
• Evaluate AI vendors and partnerships to support decisions.
