Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Principal AI Strategist to drive enterprise AI adoption, governance, and measurable value across the organization. You will partner with business, technology, operations, clinical, legal, privacy, security, and executive leaders to translate priorities into actionable plans and governance.

You will develop AI value realization metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting; identify opportunities for AI-enabled transformation; evaluate vendors and partnerships;

Qualifications

• 7 years of healthcare, PBM, technology, or analytics experience, incl. 2 years building or governing AI.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale enterprise AI adoption, governance, and value realization.
• Manage AI governance forums, Steering Committee, and risk evaluations.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to identify AI-enabled transformation.
• Develop AI value realization metrics and executive reporting.
• Evaluate AI vendors and partnerships to support enterprise decisions.
