Job summary

UserTesting is seeking a Principal Solution Marketing Manager to shape how our AI solutions are brought to market. You will define market narratives, differentiate our human network and methodology, and drive campaigns for sophisticated AI buyers across labs, enterprises, and partners.

This senior individual contributor role requires deep AI market knowledge, strong messaging, and cross-functional influence to align Product, Sales, and Marketing around differentiated AI offerings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product/solution marketing or related GTM roles.
• AI/ML and technical-market expertise with understanding of AI systems.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI concepts and workflows.
• Experience marketing to sophisticated AI/technical buyers.
• Proven positioning, messaging, and go-to-market skills.
• Strong enablement capabilities for customers, market and sales.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence at senior levels.

• Define AI market narrative and positioning across our AI portfolio.
• Develop deep expertise in AI buyers and markets and workflows.
• Turn capabilities into compelling AI solutions spanning data and evaluation.
• Lead go-to-market strategy for AI solutions with cross-team partnerships.
• Equip Sales with messaging, briefs, playbooks, and battlecards.
• Incorporate market feedback into product and strategy decisions.
• Build credibility and leadership in AI through thought leadership and events.
