Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a highly quantitative field.
• 2–4 years in a technical client-facing role or hands-on development pivot.
• Hands-on with modern web techs and APIs (JavaScript, Python, Node.js).
• Strong curiosity in AI, LLMs, and autonomous software workflows.
• Willingness to travel ~30% annually for on-site workshops and client sessions.

Responsibilities

• Develop Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and tailored prototypes demonstrating Zendesk AI capabilities.
• Build and maintain API integrations using REST and webhooks across client stacks.
• Own technical validation with security/architecture reviews alongside account teams.
• Scale internal tooling, reusable code snippets, and demo accelerators.
• Continuously learn and apply trends in LLMs and autonomous agent frameworks.
