Job summary

OnCorps LLC is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in the Northeast. This high-impact, customer-facing role sits at the center of our AI implementation and sales process, configuring solutions for customers and driving successful engagements.

You’ll work closely with delivery teams to tailor workflows, own end-to-end implementation, and present technical sessions to diverse audiences in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Solutions/Forward-Deployed Engineering or similar.
• Strong REST API and data integration experience.
• Proficient in Python or TypeScript (both preferred).
• SQL and database systems (relational and NoSQL).
• Experience with Databricks and CI/CD.
• Excellent communication with non-technical audiences.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced, high-agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and demo conversations with prospective customers.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and guide pre-sales scoping to align solutions with customer use cases.
• Own the end-to-end implementation process, configuring new checks and workflows based on business requirements.
• Lead customer-facing technical sessions to surface requirements and inform implementation design.
• Partner with Customer Success on implementation planning and share regular updates across projects.
• Serve as a trusted technical expert on product capabilities, integrations, API functionality, and deployment options.
