Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Senior Solution Architect in New York to drive AI-enabled pre-sales and post-sales engagements for CPG and retail clients. You will translate AI strategies into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions and lead demonstrations and ROI validation.

You will guide Proof-of-Value projects, integrate with enterprise data, and champion autonomous AI agents with RAG-based workflows. 8+ years in the field and deep domain knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading end-to-end technical pre-sales and post-sales engagements in CPG/retail/e-commerce.
• Deep understanding of retail/CPG processes (Inventory, Supply Chain, Trade Promotion, Category Management).
• Proficient in Python and ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, sklearn, PyTorch).
• Strong presentation and storytelling to C-levels and senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• Hands-on with LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling, prompt engineering.
• OSS LangChain or LlamaIndex knowledge.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, GCP Vertex; enterprise data (SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake).
• GenAI techniques experience for enterprise use cases.

Responsibilities

• AI Discovery & Solutioning: translate business requirements into AI solutions for customers.
• Pre- and Post-Sales Execution: manage full lifecycle from discovery to adoption.
• Hackathons & Prototyping: build prototypes during customer hackathons.
• Agentic Process Transformation: enable autonomous AI agents with ROI focus.
• Proof Projects: deliver secure, scalable LLM/agent systems with RAG and guardrails.
• Domain & Industry Leadership: be SME for CPG and retail.
• Smart Warehouse & Fulfillment Operations: optimize WMS, RFID, micro-fulfillment.
• Omnichannel & DTC Transformation: advise on omnichannel and returns, pricing, loyalty integrations.
• Sustainable Supply Chain & Eco-Fulfillment: strategy for Scope 3, cold-chain, waste.
