Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in full‑stack development with 3+ years in management.
• Expert in design systems, design tokens, and Tailwind CSS.
• Proven track record delivering AI-enabled, production-grade applications.
• Strong frontend bias with experience in React, Vue, Nuxt and TypeScript.
• Experience integrating AI design tools and workflow automation (N8N).

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce design system standards across enterprise projects.
• Lead AI design tool adoption to accelerate development lifecycle.
• Oversee end-to-end from concept to production, coordinating Strategy, Creative and Tech.
• Mentor a high-performance team of developers and AI builders.
• Architect scalable backend services and secure auth (OAuth, JWT).
• Collaborate with UX, AI Builders, and Innovation Leads.
