Job summary

EY is seeking a US-based Senior Manager for the Americas Tax Technology Group to lead architecture for AI-powered solutions across client-facing tax practices. The role focuses on secure, scalable design with governance, AI safety controls, and integration across platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field (CS/Engineering/Accounting/Finance).
Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory for consideration.

Responsibilities

Ensure solution architectures align with business strategy and AI value realization.
Drive decisions balancing performance, cost, risk and delivery timelines.
Define architecture for agentic AI and generative AI capabilities.
Develop standards and reference architectures to accelerate delivery and reuse.
Collaborate with SDL and BTL on AI solution delivery strategy and operating model.
Lead integration patterns for AI systems and governance through automation.
