EY, a global leader in professional services, seeks a Solutions Architect (Senior Manager) for the Americas Tax Technology Group. You will shape AI-powered enterprise solutions, drive architecture governance, and partner with Tax professionals to deliver secure, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (CS/Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in solution/enterprise architecture with product experience.
• Ability to articulate problems and proposed solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive in identifying issues and driving resolutions.
• Experience with AI-enabled capabilities, including agentic AI and generative AI.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native, microservices, API-first patterns.
• Experience with integration patterns for AI systems (vector stores, RAG, APIs).
• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, model selection, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure solution architectures align with business strategy and AI value realization.
• Guide decision-making across portfolio, balancing performance, cost, risk, and delivery timelines.
• Own solution architecture for portfolio products including AI capabilities.
• Governance-driven design with automation and policy enforcement.
• Lead Build vs. Buy decisions using architecture evaluation processes.
• Collaborate with SDL and BTL to define AI delivery strategy and operating model.
• Map business technology strategy to solution architecture and AI roadmaps.
• Stay abreast of market trends, EY Fabric capabilities, and AI standards.
