Job summary

EY is seeking a Development Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled products for the Americas Tax Technology Group. You will partner with Product Owners, drive secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions, and guide teams through AI-driven decision making.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of experience, strong Agile/Lean leadership, and a background in Microsoft tech and AI. The role offers a hybrid work model and collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (CS/Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years leading development teams using Agile/Lean practices.
• Design and deliver modern engineering solutions using Microsoft technology stack and AI technologies.
• Experience managing vendors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead product delivery, planning, building, operating, and improving AI-augmented products.
• Own delivery outcomes including quality, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Lead teams to deliver secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions with automation and AI.
• Ensure 24x7 operations and urgent response leadership for production issues.
• Drive responsible AI adoption and governance across products and portfolios.
• Promote reuse of AI patterns, components, accelerators, and platforms.
• Collaborate with architects to maintain architecture artifacts and SDIs.
