Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Principal Solution Consultant - AI to drive strategic sales by evangelizing our AI capabilities and governed platform, engaging with AI/ML leads, architects, and executives to define our role in their data landscape.

You will deliver tailored demonstrations, shape product direction, and represent Workiva publicly through events and briefings, with travel up to 50% and a competitive OTE package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical, customer-facing experience in presales solution consulting, solution architecture, or technical consulting, including a minimum of 3 years focused specifically on enterprise AI architecture.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field; an advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI technical agenda across pursuits, serving as the senior technical voice from engagement through deal closure.
• Lead technical discovery and alignment across Finance, GRC, Sustainability, and IT/Security teams to map customer AI programs.
