Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking a Principal Solution Consultant - AI to drive strategic sales by evangelizing the company’s AI capabilities and governed platform.

You will engage with C-level executives to define the role of Workiva within their AI and data landscape, focusing on governance, data integrity, and secure integration. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and InfoSec to articulate why a governed core is essential and to craft tailored demonstrations that audibly convey value and trust

Qualifications

• 10+ years in presales solution consulting or related roles, with 3+ years focused on enterprise AI architecture.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent; an advanced degree may substitute for professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI strategy and mentorship across pursuits, serving as the senior technical voice from engagement through deal closure.
• Lead technical discovery and alignment across Finance, GRC, Sustainability, IT/Security to map customer AI programs and governance.
• Prepare high-impact technical demos and create customer AI reference architectures showing API-first platform integration.
• Provide field insights to product, engineering, and leadership teams to influence the AI roadmap.
• Represent Workiva publicly through events, thought leadership, and executive briefings.
