Job summary

AET Federal Inc. is seeking a highly experienced AI Solutions Architect to lead design and implementation of secure, scalable AI solutions for government and enterprise customers.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise, customer engagement, and collaboration across engineering, cybersecurity, data, and operations teams. The role covers end-to-end AI/ML architectures, RAG/LLMs, multi-agent systems, MLOps, cybersecurity, and mentoring of engineers and data professionals, with

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT, software engineering or systems architecture.
• 5+ years designing AI/ML solutions and production AI apps.
• Strong Python and AI/ML framework experience (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP and API/integration.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, including RAG, LLM, and multi-agent architectures.
• Lead technical discovery with customers translating requirements into scalable solutions.
• Design secure AI solutions for cloud, on-premises, enterprise and government systems.
• Guide data ingestion, processing, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management through MLOps and CI/CD.
• Support cybersecurity, data governance, compliance, and DevSecOps requirements within AI architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, developers, and data professionals.
• Support business development, proposals, RFPs, RFIs, POCs, demonstrations, and technical presentations.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and develop technical standards, architecture patterns, and best practices.
