Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an AI/ML Specialist Solutions Architect to design scalable, secure generative and agentic AI solutions on AWS.

You will combine deep technical expertise with hands‑on customer engagement to enable enterprise‑grade AI adoption and responsible AI practices. The role focuses on building advisory relationships, architecting cost‑efficient solutions, and creating content, workshops, and demos that illustrate modern AI patterns.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience developing technology solutions and evangelizing end‑to‑end technology roadmaps that guide IT transformations toward cloud computing.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences, including C‑level presentations, training, and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with technical decision makers to drive adoption of AWS AI services.
• Architect scalable, secure, and cost‑effective solutions leveraging the full AWS AI stack, from traditional ML to cutting‑edge generative and agentic offerings.
• Translate customer business needs into robust technical architectures that optimize performance, cost, and governance.
• Develop compelling technical content, reference architectures, workshops, and demos to showcase modern AI patterns.
• Build and nurture an internal AWS community of AI/ML experts, sharing best practices and enabling knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate across AWS teams—including business development, professional services, and support—to accelerate customer success from proof‑of‑concept to production.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and AWS engineering teams, ensuring alignment with the Well‑Architected Framework and AI best practices.
