Job summary

B&A is seeking a Senior AI Systems Architect to lead enterprise AI ecosystems for a federal government contract. You will design scalable AI services across environments, guiding AI engineering, cloud modernization, and cyber governance.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor to leadership, data scientists, and security teams, driving AI capabilities from research to production at scale across multiple applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering required.
• 12+ years in enterprise architecture or AI/ML engineering.
• 5+ years designing AI/Gen-AI in federal or enterprise environments.
• MBA/Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of enterprise AI ecosystems and reusable AI services.
• Architect multimodal AI solutions for text, image, video, and data.
• Define patterns for cloud-native, event-driven, microservices architectures.
• Develop scalable AI pipelines for training, inference, and monitoring.
• Implement secure Gen-AI guardrails and governance models.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps and cybersecurity teams on secure pipelines.
