NetImpact Strategies Inc. is seeking a senior Technical Architect to own end-to-end AI-enabled software delivery for Federal clients. You will translate customer needs into architectural scope, guide AI coding tools, and ensure deployment, validation, and sustainment in production with strong client interaction.

You will lead design and implementation across modern stacks, ensuring extensibility, security, and compliance. Eligibility for a Secret clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; 6+ years delivering software to production.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions using AI coding tools and associated workflows.
• Experience with enterprise-scale software delivery, production integration, and post-launch stabilization.
• Architect-level design judgment across analysis, product ownership, software development, security, data, and operations.
• Demonstrated ability to read and verify generated code, design tests, and ensure safe shipping.

• Capture requirements and translate into fit-for-purpose technical scope for fixed-price engagements.
• Define structured specifications, acceptance criteria, and architecture for AI-assisted development.
• Lead production integration and deployments, maintaining ownership through stabilization and handoff.
• Ensure extensibility, maintainability, and transferability across teams.
• Support cloud deployments, CI/CD, legacy integration, and compliance with standards (e.g., NIST, RMF, ATO, Section 508).
• Create reusable assets and share lessons learned while transitioning activities to stakeholders.
