Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Senior AI Full-Stack Engineer to design and deliver AI-powered government solutions. You will drive end-to-end architectures, from multi-agent orchestration to user-friendly frontends, and leverage GenAI capabilities to improve critical federal workflows.

The role requires hands-on coding with AI agents and strong frontend skills, plus cloud-native backend work and a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with rapid prototyping and production delivery.
• Hands-on experience with major agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with AI coding agents as part of dev workflow.
• Experience building frontend applications (React/Next.js/Angular).

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end AI-powered solutions—from backend orchestration to polished frontends.
• Develop GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs, agents, and RAG to power workflows.
• Prototype and deliver proofs-of-concept and MVPs that reach production.
• Build cloud-native AI-native applications for Federal space challenges.
• Create responsive dashboards and interfaces for non-technical users.
