DMA - DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and deliver AI-driven solutions for tax, finance, and legal use cases. The role bridges clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.

The position focuses on leading AI implementations, mentoring engineers, and contributing to the AI roadmap across the enterprise. Hybrid work schedule with in-office days in Fort Wayne, IN.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AI solution engineering experience, including client-facing work.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, and data analytics.
• Experience with AI platforms, model deployment, and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing engagements to translate business challenges into AI solution requirements.
• Architect and oversee AI models, workflows, and integrations for tax, finance, and legal use cases.
• Collaborate with product, development, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity.
• Guide roadmap planning, prioritization, and resource allocation for AI initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify AI trends in tax, finance, and legal domains.
• Ensure AI solutions meet performance, scalability, and compliance standards.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and support knowledge sharing.
• Assist in proposals and business development with technical input.
