Qualifikationen

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in AI solution engineering with client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, and data analytics.
• Experience with AI platforms, model deployment, and cloud-based infrastructure.

Aufgaben

• Lead client-facing engagements to translate business challenges into AI requirements.
• Architect and oversee AI models, workflows, and integrations for tax/consulting use cases.
• Collaborate with product, development and ops teams for delivery of AI solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Guide AI initiative strategy, roadmaps, prioritization and resource allocation.
• Conduct market research to identify AI trends in tax/finance/legal domains.
• Ensure AI solutions meet performance, scalability, and compliance standards.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Support proposal development and business development with technical expertise.
