Job summary

DMA is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-driven solutions for tax, finance, and legal use cases. You will bridge clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to align AI initiatives with strategic goals.

You will mentor junior engineers, contribute to the AI roadmap, and collaborate across product, development, and operations to ensure scalable, compliant deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI solution engineering, including client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
• Experience with AI platforms, model deployment, and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
• Familiarity with corporate tax processes or financial services is a plus.
• Experience in consulting or enterprise solution delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing engagements to understand complex business challenges and translate them into AI solution requirements.
• Architect and oversee the development of AI models, workflows, and integrations for tax and consulting use cases.
• Collaborate with product, development, and operations teams to ensure successful AI solution delivery.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and precision.
• Guide AI initiative strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Conduct market research to identify trends in AI applications within tax, finance, and legal domains.
• Ensure AI solutions meet performance, scalability, and compliance standards.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and contribute to team development.
• Support proposal development and technical contributions to business development.
