Job summary

Sapsf is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead hands-on delivery of agentic AI solutions in a hybrid setting. You will own projects from architecture to production, collaborating with customers to fit data, constraints, and deployment needs.

You will apply Python, TypeScript, and Java across major platforms, building multi-agent systems, tool use, and retrieval pipelines, while maintaining strong testing, observability, and release discipline. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Production software engineering experience in Python, TypeScript, Java.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agents on major platforms.
• Experience with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, integration surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic AI solutions: single and multi-agent systems, tool use, retrieval pipelines, automation and prototypes that reach production.
• Build on major agentic stacks: Claude, OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, LangGraph and vendor-neutral frameworks.
• Work with customer tech teams to understand systems, constraints, data, deployment paths and operating needs.
• Use coding agents and human engineering judgement to move quickly while preserving review, test and release discipline.
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems, APIs, cloud services, databases, ticketing systems, model services and security controls.
• Implement agent evaluations, automated tests, observability hooks, runbooks and release safeguards.
• Troubleshoot implementation, deployment, data, model and integration issues.
• Codify reusable patterns, starter kits and playbooks, plus decisions, risks and lessons learned.
• Feed field insight back to vendors through partnerships to shape tools.
• Support handover and production readiness with documentation and operational ownership.
• Collaborate with architects and delivery managers to stay aligned to value and guardrails.
