Job summary

FalconSmartIT is seeking a Principal AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of agentic platform capabilities. You will own end-to-end architecture across React frontends, Spring Boot microservices, Python FastAPI/LangGraph agents, and cloud-native autonomous services.

Responsibilities include building RAG pipelines, validating retrieval quality, and coordinating with SRE and enterprise teams. Requires 10+ years of experience and strong Java/AI framework skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years of work experience.
Architect or senior developer in large enterprise setting.
2+ years building Agentic capabilities.
Strong hands-on Java and web development experience.

Responsibilities

Own high-level design and platform architecture discussions.
Drive end-to-end solution design across frontend, backend, and AI services.
Lead integration with enterprise systems and external teams.
Validate and optimize RAG pipelines and LLM outputs.
Monitor performance across non-prod and prod environments.
Deliver production-ready builds with feature flags and safe rollout patterns.
