Job summary

AI Technology Partners (AITP) is seeking a senior engineer to lead the design and delivery of agentic systems that orchestrate tools, data, and policies for enterprise workflows. You will architect multi-agent solutions, implement RAG with vector stores, and ensure reliability, cost efficiency, and security across deployments.

The role emphasizes hands-on development in Python/TypeScript, experience with agentic frameworks, and close collaboration with clients to translate business processes

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in software/platform engineering with recent production LLM apps.
• Hands-on with agentic frameworks and tool-calling patterns.
• Strong RAG engineering across vector DBs and grounding techniques.
• Proven ability to build observable, cost-aware, secure LLM systems.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals: Python/TypeScript, APIs, CI/CD, containers.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-agent architectures with robust state, memory, and routing.
• Architect and deliver agentic systems with reusable components.
• Integrate enterprise tools via function-calling, webhooks, and events.
• Define SLIs/SLOs; implement tracing, metrics, and dashboards.
• Enforce safety policies and data governance with policy-as-code.
