Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with progression into architecture/platform roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience with LLMs and AI patterns.
• Experience with enterprise-scale AI patterns, HIPAA/HITRUST considerations, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise AI reference architecture including agent patterns and RAG pipelines.
• Lead platform experience: CI/CD templates, reference repos, and golden-path templates.
• Collaborate with Security, IT Ops, and Compliance to translate architecture decisions into governance-compatible implementations.
• Architect and validate AI solutions with reusable, scalable building blocks and cost-efficient FinOps practices.
