Job summary

Government Employees Health Association, Inc. (G.E.H.A) seeks a Senior AI Solution Architect in the Digital Innovation team to design, integrate, and scale AI/ML applications.

You will define architecture patterns, ensure HIPAA-compliant deployments, and collaborate with enterprise IT, security, and data teams to modernize capabilities. Lead rapid PoCs, drive cost-efficient LLM integration, and promote reusable building blocks while mentoring engineers in AI-native design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with architecture responsibilities.
• 3+ years with AI/ML systems including LLM integration and RAG architectures.
• Strong knowledge of multi-cloud AI platform services and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI reference architecture and patterns.
• Lead architectural blueprint for AI capabilities and integrations.
• Drive AI FinOps and cost optimization across clouds.
• Mentor engineers in AI-native design and reusable patterns.
• Lead PoCs to validate new AI frameworks and patterns.
