Job summary

CommunityCare HMO Inc. seeks a Senior Solution Architect to own the enterprise AI architecture, set standards, and provide technical leadership across AI initiatives in a HIPAA-regulated health environment.

You will guide design reviews, select AI platforms, ensure security and cost efficiency, and mentor engineers, while partnering with governance and security teams to align AI with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in solution/enterprise architecture.
• Experience with AI/LLM platforms and MLOps/LLMOps practices.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or public sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise AI architecture standards, reference architectures, and blueprints.
• Establish architectural standards for RAG, agentic systems, data grounding, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Review and approve solution designs to align with enterprise strategy.
• Lead evaluation and adoption of AI products, platforms, and services.
