Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an AI & Agentic Platform Engineer to design, implement, and validate evaluation infrastructure for agentic AI and ML models. You will build test scenarios, integrate AI onto classified platforms, and create robust pipelines with dashboards for ongoing validation.

The role emphasizes production-grade Python tooling, simulation work, and collaboration across departments to ensure deployment readiness and mission-critical reliability. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years of hands-on production-grade coding experience, with strong Python for evaluation pipelines and tooling.
• Experience owning evaluation or automated testing for production ML or software systems.
• Hands-on experience designing evaluation methodologies for AI/ML models and benchmarks.
• Experience with simulation environments to exercise model and system behavior.
• Knowledge of defining and capturing performance metrics for AI and traditional models.
• Ability to navigate complex systems and established codebases.
• Comfort coordinating across teams and documenting results.
• Must have TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop test scenarios and simulation environments for agentic AI performance.
• Lead integration and validation of agentic AI on classified platforms and edge hardware.
• Build reusable evaluation pipelines, test harnesses, and monitoring dashboards.
• Define metrics and establish historic captures for model performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and document results.
• Architect and maintain evaluation infrastructure from unit checks to full-system assessments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in evaluation and deployment.
