Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, AI to build AI-driven software for professionals. You will design and ship AI systems, including RAG pipelines, autonomous agents, and AI-enabled APIs, in collaboration with researchers and engineers.

Responsibilities include architecture discussions, implementing secure APIs, and advancing MLOps practices while delivering scalable, production-ready solutions for legal, tax, and compliance domains.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in CS, Engineering or equivalent; 5+ years software engineering.
• 2+ years building production AI/ML or GenAI features (RAG, LLMs, agents).
• Proven track record delivering software with AI capabilities across lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-scale AI systems and multi-component pipelines.
• Develop full-stack features from AI orchestration and RAG to API gateways and microservices.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to MLOps/LLMOps practices.
