Job summary

CSAT Solutions LP seeks a Sr. Program Manager for AI server repair to lead complex cross-functional programs across operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain. You will define schedules, manage budgets, and drive outcomes from planning to stabilization, ensuring customer commitments are met.

The role requires 10+ years in program management, with experience in AI servers, data centers, or reverse logistics. Travel domestically and internationally will be expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Minimum ten years of progressive experience in program management, engineering, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Experience with AI servers, GPU systems, enterprise computing, or data center equipment is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional programs and presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial controls skills.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional programs for AI server repair, refurbishment, testing, and reverse logistics.
• Coordinate activities across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, IT, Facilities, and Customer teams.
• Establish and manage program schedules to meet customer commitments and operational readiness.
• Lead program execution from planning through implementation, validation, production ramp, and stabilization.
• Develop detailed implementation plans for new AI server platforms and repair processes.
• Serve as primary customer contact for SOWs, SLAs, and program metrics.
• Lead reviews with customers and executives, including QBRs and status updates.
• Develop budgets and business cases for equipment, tooling, and facility improvements.
• Track financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methods.
• Support audits and ensure requirements are integrated into operations.
• Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor junior program managers and ensure accountability.
