Job summary

CSAT Solutions seeks a highly experienced Program Manager to lead complex AI server repair, refurbishment, and reverse logistics initiatives. You will coordinate across Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related discipline required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex, cross-functional programs supporting AI server repair, refurbishment, testing, and reverse logistics operations.
Coordinate activities across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, IT, Facilities, and Customer teams.
Establish and manage program schedules to ensure customer commitments, launch dates, service levels, and readiness requirements.
Lead program execution from planning through implementation, validation, ramp, and stabilization.
Develop and manage detailed implementation plans for new AI server platforms and repair processes including tooling, documentation, training, staffing, and facility readiness.
