Job summary

Deloitte's Cyber Strategy & Transformation team seeks an AI Security Senior Consultant to lead advisory work on AI cybersecurity governance, risk management, and policy deployment. You will align business and regulatory requirements with frameworks like NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and OWASP LLM Top 10, partnering with Data, Infrastructure, Identity and Application Security teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Risk Management
• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk, or technology consulting
• Experience with artificial intelligence or machine learning systems, data governance, or emerging technology risk
• Experience applying AI risk & security frameworks/regulations (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, EU AI Act)
• Experience conducting risk assessments, gap analyses, or maturity assessments
• Ability to travel 25-50%
• Preferred: consulting/client delivery experience; experience building prompts/templates for AI workflows; ML lifecycle experience (PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow)
• Experience in regulated industries; relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, CDPSE, AIGP, ISO/IEC 42001 Foundation/Lead Implementer

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and current-state assessments of client AI cybersecurity controls governance, risk management and security practices
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops with security, risk, data science, legal and business leaders
• Develop AI risk registers, control frameworks and maturity assessments
• Translate strategic recommendations into workstream roadmaps and coordinate with practitioners on implementation details
• Draft governance artifacts such as AI use-case intake processes, policy templates and risk tiering approaches
• Own a workstream within a broader engagement and support client demonstrations and pursuits
• Adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
