Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an AI Security Manager (Manager level) within Cyber Strategy & Transformation to lead client engagements on AI governance and security. You will translate business and regulatory objectives into governance controls, guide teams across data, infrastructure, identity, and security operations, and shape repeatable delivery assets.

The team helps organizations govern AI programs, design cyber organizations, and manage risk in a rapidly evolving threat landscape with advisory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated experience in CS/engineering/IT/cybersecurity/risk management.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity or technology consulting experience.
• Experience designing AI governance frameworks and risk operating models.
• Experience with AI/ML architectures and AI risk frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, etc.).
• Experience leading client-facing advisory or cross-functional engagements.
• Ability to travel 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI cybersecurity strategy assessments and governance workshops.
• Translate business objectives and regulatory obligations into AI governance models.
• Advise on AI security strategy while reviewing governance artifacts and risk assessments.
• Manage engagement scope, teams, milestones, quality, and client expectations.
• Coordinate with Data, Infrastructure, Identity, Application Security, and Security Operations teams to implement requirements.
• Develop reusable cyber strategy assets and coach practitioners.
